Shipping policy

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan.

Order Confirmation:
All COD orders may be confirmed via phone call or SMS. If the order cannot be confirmed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Payment Method:
Payment must be made in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.

Fake or Unconfirmed Orders:
If a customer repeatedly places fake orders or refuses to receive the parcel, we reserve the right to reject future orders from that customer.

Delivery Partner:
All orders are shipped through Leopard Courier.

Customer Responsibility:
Customers are requested to provide a correct name, complete address, and active mobile number to ensure smooth delivery.

Important Notice:
Please make a video while opening the parcel in case of any damage claim.
